Windows Vista Service Pack 1
Microsoft have now released Service Pack 1 (SP 1) for Windows Vista.
This SP has been brought out for two reasons. Firstly to overcome some of the "bugs" which were present in the original version, including technical problems, incompatibility with some software & hardware, and problems detected by users of the Operating System. Secondly this release is also an attempt by Microsoft to instil confidence in their new Flagship. This SP will be downloaded automatically onto your Vista PC. If however you are using a Dial-Up connection, HELP@HAND can call and install it for you from CD. Please when booking your update, specify whether you are using the 32 or 64 bit version of Vista. If you don't know, we can find that out for you.
